Born in 1932, Clément FAYAT, the founder of the Group that bears his name, managed his first company when he was 22 years old. Self-taught, he started out as a contractor in the Bordeaux area in 1957. A firm believer in growth and development, today he is at the head of France's largest independent group.



An ESTP-trained engineer born in 1942, Michel BOUCHET joined the first company to be taken over by Clément FAYAT in 1967. He then became Director of the "Construction" sector of FAYAT ENTREPRISE TP. In 1977, he took over the management of the steel construction company CASTEL et FROMAGET. Involved with the Group for nearly 40 years, he became General Manager of the Group in 1982.



Born in 1958, Jean-Claude FAYAT, the oldest son of Clément FAYAT, graduated from ESIM, the engineering school in Marseille. A shareholder of the Group, he started his career as Director of the lifting and handling equipment company ADC in 1985.
Since 1991, Jean-Claude FAYAT has been managing the Group's industrial and mechanical activities. In 1994, he became General Manager of the Group. He is highly involved in the organisation, management and development of the companies.



Born in 1967, Laurent FAYAT is a graduate of the ISG (International Business and Management School). The youngest son of Clément FAYAT and a shareholder of the Group, Laurent FAYAT held administrative, management control and management positions in the Sheet Metal Work division, before joining the Construction and Civil Engineering division where he provides management for the foundations companies : SEFI-INTRAFOR, SOTRAISOL FONDATIONS and FRANKI FONDATION.
Today, he is the Group's General Manager for construction activities.
