NEW STRATEGIC PURCHASE FOR FAYAT: THE SWEEPER MANUFACTURER RAVO
On the 16th of July this year, FAYAT finalised the buyout of the Dutch street sweeper manufacturer, RAVO, from the FEDERAL SIGNAL group. With this purchase, the French FAYAT Group reinforces its position in the market for sweepers and expands its range of road maintenance equipment.

FAYAT has signed a takeover agreement for the acquisition of RAZEL
FAYAT is strengthening its position in the public works sector through the acquisition of the French RAZEL Group. A takeover agreement has just been signed between France’s 4th leading company in construction and public works and the German group Bilfinger Berger AG and remains subject to the authorisation of the relevant authorities governing concentration.

BOMAG DELIVERS TWO WASTE COMPACTORS IN VENEZUELA
Venezuela's largest waste storage centre is located 30 km from the capital Caracas, at Bonanza. Cotecnica Inversiones, the environmental sanitation company managing this landfill site, treats over 4000 tonnes of waste a day
and recycles 800 000 kg of waste every month. To cope with these
considerable volumes, the company ordered two BOMAG BC 972 waste
compactors.
