The agreement includes sales and services operations in 37 countries, production units in four countries: Sweden, Germany, Brazil and China and a production partnership in India. The business has 1 280 employees and revenues of approximately MSEK 2 900 (MEUR 309) in 2016.
Through the acquisition of Dynapac, Fayat further strengthens its strategic position in the road construction and maintenance equipment segment.
